The cruiser which is conveying Captain Alfred Dreyfu3 from French Guiana to France has arrived at Madeira. Great mystery ia being maintained with reference to the time of Dreyfus's arrival, but it is expected that he will land in France on Friday. It is announced that on the return of Captain Dreyfus to France hia
