War in the Balkans. The hostile feeling which has been fomenting for months pa?t in the Balkan provinces has broken oat in actual warfare. Fierce fighting has taken plaoe near the Jablonitza, between the \lbanian troops, assisted by 200 Turkish regulars, and the Servian frontier guards. The Servians were worsted in the encounter. Many casualties on both sides are reported. | There are indicatiuna that Hip fighting will not cease with this rupture, and a force of Servian regulars has been dispatched to the 'scene.
