The Dreyfus Case.
A picturesque scene wa3 witnessed on Tuesday in the Palace of Justice, which was packed with spectators, including Parisian celebrities and many ladies, when M. Ballot Beaupre, the president of the Cour de Cassation, commenced his address on the Dreyfus case. M. Ballot-Beaupre proceeded to say that there was suffi'ienfe presumption of error on the part of those who condemned Dreyfus to juatifiy a revision of the Dfejfus trial being granted. lie referred to
Colnnel Henry's influence over the court martial and to the general staffs inexplicable aberration in connection with the clandestine inter view with Major Esterhozy
The president of the Court in his remarks characterised Esterhnzy's letters to the late President Faure as odions.
M. Ballot-Beaupre also dwelt on the contradiction between the experts' evidence on the forgeries of the bordereau and spoke at great length in reviewing the case.
