The Wreck of the Loch Sloy.
The bodies of nine men and two women have been washed ashore near to the wreck of the Loch Sloy. There are no tidings of D. Kilpatrick the passenger for Dunedin, who was left near a waterhole on the road from the wreck to May's house.
