This loan will be secured > ; on a mortgage over the railway.. •
In connection with the manage* uenfc of the railway, China guarantiees that; the German section of the railway shall be under German and Chinese control, and that the Ohinkiang section will be under English and Chinese control.
The line is to ba built within five years' time.
