Tue Russian authorities are showing great determination in their policy of enforcing Russian methods upin the people of Pinlarid. The powerful deputation from the province which has ju-it arrived in the capital has been peremptorily sent back.
The deputation bore petitions to the Czir, signed by half a million persons, protesting against the Ruasianising of their country, but wad not allowed to see His Majesty.
