ABRAHAM &~WILLIAMS have l\ received instructions from Robert Gardner, Esq., of JKereru, to sell by public auction aa above at Ip.m.— His Valuable Freehold Property, known as Paiaka, comprising 906 acres of rich land, situated within two miles of the Kereru Railway Sta* tion. The property is well improved, about 400 acres having been laid down with the bsst English grasses, the balance being drained flax swamp, excepting about 100 acres of bush, and is subdivided into 12 paddocks. Buildings are numerous, and comprise a large Dwelling House with all conveniences, huts for 80 men, dairy, storeroom, milling shed &c; flaxmill, scutching shed, store. There is a good orchard of over 800 trees in full bearing order. Mr Gardner has determined to sell the property at anything like a reasonable price, as he finds it interferes with his duties as Inspector for the Advance to Settlers' Department. Failing the property selling as a whole, it will be offered in, two blocks — No. 1 Manawatu, containing 4sߣ acres, well drained, partially grasped, and subdivided into 9 paddocks, With good buildings thereon.
