TNTEH-COMMUNIOATION. For the North — A train leaves Foxton daily at 9 a m. I . for Palmerston, Wanganui and Napier. For New Plymouth the through trains run only on Tuesdays and Fridays. For Sandon a train leaves Foxton at 8.0 p.m. on Mondaysand Fridays, and 1.30 p.m on Wednesday. On Thursday? and Saturdays a train leaves Foxton at 3.50 p.m. for the North From the North — Train? arrive at Fo\tofc on Mondays, Tuesfinyß, Wednesdays and Fri. days at 6.35 p.m., and on Thursdays and Saturdays at 1.35 p.m. and 8.35 p.m. The train leaves Sandon on Wednes days at 7.30 am , and on Mondays and Fridays at 9.30 a.m., arriving at Foxton on Wednesdays at 10 a.m. and on Mondays and Fridays at noon. Kor the South — A coach leaves Whyte's Hofel every morning at 5.30 a.m. for Shannon, connecting with the down tram tc Otaki a-nd Wellington. Tl^ coach also connects with the uj train frcnj Wellington. The B.s. Queen of the South leaves the Foxton wharf for Wellington on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, circumstances permitting.
