Tasmania Taunted.
« Tasmania, generally speaking, has a reputation for its healthiness and the freedom of i's inhabitants from disease. But it does not always keep up to this reputation. That this is so is shown by the following letter (amongst numerous similar ones), which has lately come to hand. The writer on this occasion is Mr W. H. 'I yler, of Southport. He says :— "I am only too happy to send you a testimonial concerning che benefit I have received from Dr Wi Hams' Pink Pills. I am not a believer in proprietary medicines and I used to laugh at the idea of Dr Williams' Pink Pils, but I was induced to try them at last, as I have suffered for years with a bad back. I experienced dull, aching pains in the sin ill of the back, which have been so bad at times that I had to lay up weeks together. I tried everything that I cou d think of. The doctors could do me no good. Then I bought a German elpctric belt, which did me little or no good. Sometimes I was alright ; but then, again I would be troubled with indigestion very b<ully, bo badly that I was even afivid to take food. When I came to Qneenstown, I thoug 1 1 would try Dr Williams' Pink Pil's for Pale People. I found great relief from the first box ; the third box put me alright ; I am on the fourth box now ; a 1 symptoms or my ailment have disappeared, giving me as it were, new life and vigor. Being a stranger in Queenstown, I have no friends here as yet ; but I have recommended Dr Wiliams' Pink Pil's for Pale People to several with whom I am acquainted, and shall always do so, and shall te 1 roy'friends about them when I return 4iorne. I Jive at Southpoit. You are at liberty to make what use you ike of this letter. " Yours very gratefully, " W. H. TYLER."
