AN INTERFERENCE WITH JUSTICE. The Chamber of Deputies after a long dicussioa, ratified M. Lebret's Bill by 832 votes to 21G. M. Dupuy, the Premier, threatened to re«ie-n. Taw British, continental, and leading Paris newapapera deplore the Bill as an interference with justice. Though many influential Moderate Republicans signed a protest against Lebret's Bill, nope of them participated in the discusßion in tbe Chamber of Deputies.
