THE BURGOGNE-CROMARTY-SHIRE COLLISION.
The own era of the British ship Cromartyshire, which collided with and Bank the French mail steamer La Bourgogne, with great loss of life, off tho coast of Nova Scotia in July last, have obtained damages against the owners of the La Bourgogne. It was alleged that the latter vessel was travelling at an excessive rate of speed at the time of the disaster.
