JAMESON A CROWN WITNESS. The three prisoners — Todd, Jamieson and Bedalski — were before tb> Court, Jamieson being separatelj charged. A remand was granted till the 20th inst. It is understood that JamiesoD will be accepted as a Grown witness. Todd was taken to the Morgup, but stated when shown the head oi the deceased that be was unable t< identify it.
