— — -— — - - - -•- o~ — « The sale of privileges in connection with the Foxfcon Racing Club's* annual meeting took place this afternoon at McMillan's auction room, Me A. E. T. Nixon being the auctioneer. As we predicted would be the case, the privileges brought a re cord price, being almost £70 more than last year. The following prices were realised:—Outside Gates, £87, Mr J. ! Wyeth ; Lawn and Saddling Pad dock, £80, Mr J. Wyeth; No. 1 Publican's Booth, £80, Mr Mum ford ; No. 2 Publican's Booth, £86. iMr Mumford ; Refreshment Booth, £16, Joe To 9 ; Correct Cards, £88, E. Piggott ; Horse enclosure, £8 ss, !W. Collins. Total, £290 sa.
