The Draught Stallion " The Governor," Will be at the service of Breeders in the Manawatu District. THE GOVEBNOR is a beautiful bay, five years old, standing 16 hands 8 inches with good feet and legs, his action cannot be surpassed. He is one of the cleverest horses on his feet travelling. He oan walk five miles an hour. As a foal getter he seldom fails to leave his mark. The Governor is by that far famed horse Prince Victor, the noted prize winner. Prince Victor is by the great horse Young Scotchman, imp. The Governor's dam is a daughter of the noted horse Sir .William Wallace, imp. (never beaten in the ring). It will be seen by the above that The Governor has come from as good a stock as there is in New Zealand. Terms— £2 10s ; half guarantee £8. A TELEPHONE is adjacent, connecting Visitors with the whole telegraph system of the Colony. THE COTTAGES ARE FURNISHED, AND EACH HAVE 8 ROOMS. THE SITTING ROOMS are 12 x 12 with fireplaces, and are each furnished with 1 table, 2 chairs, 2 stoob, 2 saucepans, frying pan, kettle, cups and saucers, mugaj plates and dishes, all of enamelled ware for the children, and with earthenware cups for the adults. THE No. 1 BEDROOMS are 12 x 12, and are furnished with wirewove mattrasses and bedsteads, washstands, dressing tables and looking glasses, with enamelled ware.
