The Dreyfus Scandal.
The Cayenne Resident reports that Dreyfus was unmoved when the news of the revision was conveyed to him, and is mentally emfeebled and depressed. He is expected to sail for France on the 3rd January.
M. Blowitz, Paris correspondent of the Times, announces that the secret dossier will be communicated to Dreyfus' oounsel and to Dreyfus himself. It records the name of certain French secret agents abroad, and explains the means of espionage adopted by the Intelligence Depart* meat Bureau to procure forged documents to convict Dreyfus.
General Zurlinder declares the army is Republican to the France does not seek a dictator. It is only the agitators who believe Drey fas is innocent.
Thirty officers who subscribed to thp. fund to enable the widow of Colonel Henry to prosoate Joseph Reinach for declaring her husband a traitor have been punished. The fund now amounts £4,800,
