♦ — The Cuban debt will form the subject of negotiations for the future Government proposed to be established by the United States on che island, The trade returns of Cuba show that the amount of business done with America in November was larger than in any month on record. The railway traffic showed in the aggregate an increase of 11 per cent, over that of 1892.
