He can walk five miles an hour. As a foal getter be seldom fails to leave his mark. The Governor is by that far famed horse Prince Victor, the noted prize winner. Prince Viotor is by the great horse Toung Scotchman, imp. The Governor's dam is a daughter of the noted horse Sir William Wallace, imp. (never beaten in the ring).
