The Italian cruiser Umbria (2280 ton?) has been despatched to Mazagan, on the West Coast of Morocco, to prespnt an ultimatum to Morocco demanding redres9 for the ill-treat meat and imprisonment of Italian subjects.
The landing of French troops at Raheita, on the Red Sea, has aronßed irritation and suspicion in official circles in Some.
It is believed that the action of the French is the outcome of the dispute regarding the boundaries between the Italian Protectorate in Raheita and the contiguous French colony of Obok.
