Jameß Shore was charged with being drunk in a church on the 80th October, and also with having interfered with the orderly conduct of j the congregation. Accused pleaded Guilty and was fined 204 and co3ts 7a, in default seven days' imprison ment with hard labour. The following parents were fined ' two -^hillin£>3 for each week's ab- j sence of their children from school : j -F. Jenks, W. Newth, P. O'Grady, | R Nimmo, W. Aldridge, R. Waldcn, and F. Robinson. Mrs Anderson was fined 6s and i costs 7s, and H. Coley 23 and cost? I 7s. I Civil. | Yanko v. Mr 3 Strange claim— l 23 .! Nonsuited. W. B. Rhodes v P. nnd B. Robinson, claim— £4 53 7d. Mr Reappeared for plaintiff. Judginen' for amount with costs 19* end sol fee 21s. |
