Captain Edwin wires to-day]:— Wind strong from between South-west and South and East at all places. Barometer futher rise everywhere. Sea decreasing on both coasts. Tides moderate on all Western Coast, also on East Coast northward of East Cape and South of Lyttelton. Good elsewhere.
