The Birdar'e Return.

The British residents at Boulonge and Calais gave General Sir Herbert Kitchener, Sirdar of the Egyptian Army, who is returning to England from Egypt, a great ovation on his arrival at those places. D.nae crowds of people greeted the Sirdar's arrival at Dover, where the Mayor entertained him at luncheon. There was a great demonstration on the arrival of the General at Victoria Station, and the excited and enthusiastic crowd carried him shoulder high from the station.
