I regret to have to announw that for private reasons I have derided to retire from the contest for the Mayoral election In doing this I am f-xtremely sorry that circumstances should have arisen that has necessitated my taking this step, but I will ever remember the expression of confidence and good, will given by you to me, and hope that at some future date I will have the opportunity of offering my services for this office. THE SITTING ROOMS are 12 x 12 with fireplaces, and are each furnished with 1 table, 2 chairs, 2 stool?, 2 saucepans, frying pau, kettle, cups and saucers, mugs, plates and dishes, all of enamelled ware for the children, and with earthenware cups for the adults. THE No. 1 BEDROOMS are 12 x 12, and are furnished with wire wove mattrasses and bedsteads, washstands, dressing tables and looking glasses, with enamelled ware .
