Walter Pennington for being drank was fined 5s or in default 24 hoars' imprisonment.

W. Stephens v. W. Knapp. Claim £8 4s, for possession for a tenement. Mr Roy appeared for H. Stephens. Order made that defendant give up possession on or before the 28th of October, 1898.
W. B. Rhodes v. T. Wakefield. Ciaim £5 12g Bd. Order made by content for payment by. instalments, vz., £1 forthwith and 6s per week to be paid to the Clerk of the Court at Fox ton.
W. B. Ehodes v. P. Robinson. Claim £1 8a 7d. Plaintiff nonsuited.
