The Government is instituting prosecutions against those who promoted the strike. The majority of the members of the Court of Cassation, the highest criminal Court in France, are said to be in favour of the revision of the sentence on Captain Dreyfus. Council employed by Madame Dreyfus, in the interests of her husband, has shown the Paris correspondent of the " Daily Mail " the dottier, or brief, prepared in cod. nection with the case.
