* Captain Edwin wires to-day: — Wind moderate to ftrong from be' ween Weat and Southwest and South at all plaoea, changing to between North east and North and West after from 12 to 20 hours at all places south of Napierfand Wanganui. Barometor rise everywhere, but falling generally after from 12 to 20 hours. Sea generally moderate, but increasing on all Western Coast. Tides good on all Western and moderate on all Eastern Coasts.
