IT is hereby notified that the RIGHT to OUT the undermentioned timber will be submitted for Sale by Public Auction in two lota at 8 o'clock on FRIDAY the 21st October, 1898, at the Olympic Theatre, Pahiatua : — Sections 8 and 11, Block XIV, Mangabao, of about 100 acres each, containing about 600,000 and 240,---000 sup. feet of ritnu and matai timber respectively. The timber will be sold generally in "accordance with tbe provisions of the Land Acts and -the Regulations for New Zealand Forests. The purchaser of each lot will be required to execute an agreement of sale, deposit the sum of £10 as a guarantee of good faitb, and pay a license fee of £1 Is. He will obtain a license authorising him to occupy, and cut tbe timber dn the land during a period of 18 months from date of sale, paying monthly therefore, the royalty rate as deterrainad by the result of the auction, on the output of the mill.
