Crete.
Renter's agenoy reports that Great Britain, Russia, France and Italy are about to sign an agreement lor the pacrfioation of Crete. The terms of their agreement will be conveyed as an ultimatum to the Sultan, and unless he entirely agrees to it tbe Powers will enforce its acceptance. Tbe leaders of tbe Christians in Crete have promised the foreign Admirals that the insurgents will disarm immediately tbe Turkish troops withdraw. 1
