— ♦ Captain Edwin wires to-day:— Wind moderate from between W. and S.W. at all places northward of Napier and New Plymouth and from between N.E. and N.W. at other places. Barometor very little movement northward of Napier and Wanganui fall at other places. Sea moderate on both coasts. Tides increasing on West coast of South, moderate elsewhere.
