Our 20th Year of Publication. SINCE purchasing the Manawatg Herald in 1889, it b,as been the aim of the management to keep the paper in advance with the times. Thus the Manawato Herald, which was then published bi-weekly at the price of threepence was issued in 1890 as a tri-weekly, and the price per copy reduced to twopence. As we have entered Our 20ffi Tear of Publication we have determined to make some further steps in advance, and from the Ist January "THE MANAWATU HERALD" Will be published at ONE PENNY, NB JTENNY, '——AND IS NOW ISSUED IN AN— ENLARGED FORM, Which will rid 4 Extra Columns To the paper.
