Rd was referred to the papers and fjund that tbe Town Board had Withdrawn its objection and had no petition against the site i leofced. Mrßydder volunteered to get a copy and the Court adjouvned mean* time. A copy of the petition being produced by Mr Bydder, Mr Marshall •aid no copy had been sent to the local bodies interested and he tra- j tersed.the reasons given in it.—
