The Bulls Bridge;

The latest outcome of the Rangitikei Bridge business at Bulls is that a Commission has been appointed con-sisting-of Messrs T. Kennedy Macdonald find James E. Fulton for the purpose* of taking evidence in regard to the sites! The Cojnrnission will sit at the Court- House at Bulls on Thursday for the purpose of taking evidence, and persons-baying any evidence to give are reqtiejsted to attend. We should like, -top, -be sure that this movement simply indicates the Government degffcfbat the bridge shall be built on tie most suitable site, but we are very

much afraid that the object for the appointment of the Commission is simply to allow the people interested to demonstrate that they are in hopeless disagreement in regard to the matter, and make that an excuse for Withholding the promised subsidy and delaying the construction of the bridge indefinitely. — Advocate.
