Rep.H-t* from the Gape Colony state that the British Government has leased Lorenzo Marquez, a Portuguese settlement at Delagoa Bay, ou tha east coast of Africa, which is the out-Lt of the eastern railway from the Transvaal. Tuh population is very small in the iuwn, only some 500, but there is a large Kaffir colony outside the wall;?.
