THE PUERTO RICO EXPEDITION.
Three divisions of the American troop? have left Chickamanga and Tampa for Puerto Rico, and will probably be landed at Guanica. General Miles with 3400 men has left Guantanamo to assume command of the whole force. The Cuban troops have captured Jibdara.
