COXTON BOBOUGH COUNCIL. SPECIAL ORDER. At a Special Meeting held on Friday, 24th June, 1898, the Council resolved to adopt a new by-law regu lating the use of bicycles, tricycles and similar machines within the Borough, and it is hereby notified that a special meeting of the Council will be held on TUESDAY, 26th JULY, 1898, to confirm such resolution.
