A NOTICE.
Admiral Sampson has notified Admiral Cerveras that in the event of the Spaniards destroying the fleet cooped up in Santiago Harbour to avoid capture, America will claim an additional indemnity equivelent to the value of the vessels. In accordance with the demand of America the Paraguayan Government has ordered the Spanish torpedo vessel Timerdrio to leave Paraguayan waters.
