SPAIN'S FLEET GONE TO THE PHILIPPINES.
The Paria newspapers declare that tha Cerveras fleet has sailed for the Philippines. The ships which Commodore Sobley was reported to have recognised in the Bay of Santiago have, they state, proved to be the Spanish torpedo squadron under Captain Don Ferdinand Villamil.
