CAPTURES.
The Spanish gunboat Leyfce was captured while leaving Loilo with despatches, The British collier Rastorniel was captured while attempting to enter Santiago. The British Consul at Key West has protested against the act, on the ground that Santiago de Cuba is not included in the limits of the American blockade.
