SPAIN SHARP ON HER OFFICERS.
The captain of the Spanish gunboat Oallao, which was captured by the Americans while. entering Manila harbour in ignorance of the blockade, has been court-martialled and shot for surrendering without fighting. Admiral Montiojo, Oommander-in-Chief of the Spanish Philippine squadron, who was wounded during the battle at Manila, is being court* inartialled on charges ofoowardioa and incompetency.
