Messrs Abraham and Williams hold a ] stock sale on Thursday and a horse sale on Saturday. The steamer is to be of from 25 to 30 toni burden, and capable of maintaining a speedof from 10 to 12 knots an hour. Another condition is that she is to carry not less than 50 passengers, and to be equipped to the satisfaction of the PostmtMteriGenenl.
