Riots in Italy. A strike has occurred among the men employed on the railway ar. Milan. They seised the centra) station in the city, and stopped all traffic. Some 200 rioters have been arrested. Thirteen barricades were erected in Milan. The women incited the mob and shouted *' Throw the nuns from the barricade," because the nunnery closed its doors against the flying people. The cavalry rescued the nuns. The Italian Socialists and Be publicans have planned a revolt on > large scale, including Switzerland and 23 province?. Martial law has been proclaimed at Naples, Florence, Messina and Leghorn. ! Gannon mowed down the Milan rioters and 1000 were killed.
