An American officer has discover* ed that Cardenas harbour in Cuba is laid with mines. The Catholic Archbishops have directed the clergy to offer a daily prayer for the victory of the Amerw cans. General Blanco has forbidden the sale of food in Cuba. Thousands are starving. All the coal at Honolulu has been bought by America, which will use Hawaii as a coaling station.
