Riots in Italy.
Th<? bread riots in Italy continued. Milan is in a state of siege, trade baing paralysed and the streets barricaded to prevent the cavalry charging while the rioters were sacking the ohief business premises. Many of the rioters were killed. The riot at Milan originated through Socialistic plotters. The law courts, schools and public officers were closed. Eight thousand troops are now in possession of the city. It is reported that 300 persons have been billed during the past two days. The riot has now been suppressed.
