RIOTS IN MADRID
Great excitement prevails in Ma drid, and has found vent in riots.
The house of the Premier (Don Sagasta) was surrounded by the mob, who shouted " Down with the Government."
In the mob were a number of military officers in ordinary dress, who joined with the Republicans in denouncing the monarchy.
