JINGOES WANTING A BOMBARDMENT.
The Democratic Jingoes are demanding an immediate bombardment of Havana. Submarine mines protect New York harbour. Strict precaution will be taken to regulate the shipping, and patrol boats will stop all vessels and inquire as to their character.
