Eastber, Truant Inspector, summoned Erne.t Reeve, G. Coley, md T. Lee for non-attendance of their children. — Fined 2a for. each week away CRIMINAL. In the case of John Reeve, charged with the theft of a horse, the conBtable applied for a remand to the sth March, and then to the 12th March, at the retfueit of accused's counsel. Percy Tucker Bobinson was charged with an act under Section 196 of the Criminal Code Act. The police applied for a remand to the 12th March. Con Sullivan and Henry Aldridge were accepted as sureties in the sum of £150 each, and the accused in £150.
