Silverstream Murder Case.
« PHILPOTT SENTENCED TO DEATH. Yesterday the jury, after two hours' deliberation, found Frank Philpott guilty of the murder ot Ernest Alfred Hawthorne, and the Judge, passed the usual sentence of death.
