The Dreyfus Incident.
■ ♦ The Chamber of Deputies by 876 to 183 has passechi vote of confidence in M. Meline, the Premier. In the Reichstag Baron von Bulow, | Secretary of State for-Foreign Aff tirs, positively affirmed that Germany hid absolutely no connection with the alleged intrigues on the part of Captain Dreyfus. The Pdblic Prosecutor has demanded authority from ths Chamber of Deputies to prosecute Deputies Debernis, Gerault and Eichard in connection with the stormy scene in the Chamber on Saturday over the Dreyfus case. M. Zola at tha forthcoming trial intends to call leading military officers connected with the Dreyfus prosecution, and' he claims the production of all documents in connection with Captain Dreyfus and Count Esterhazy. Foreign sympathisers are offering M. Zola an abundance of money to conduct the trial. The anti- Jewish riots, the outcome of the Dreyfus case, has extended to Dijon, capital of the Department of Cote-d'Or. The Paris newspapers are incensed at ' M. Bulou's statements with reference to the Dreyfus case, and declare them to be lies.
