The Rioting in Crete.
4 The ringleaderg cf the Moslem riot 3 in Heraklion, Crote, have been arrested. The Moslems are furious at this action on the part of the authorities, and threaten to rush the Christian quarter. In response to an appeal by the Governor of the city, a party of bluejackets was landed from the warships for the purpose of restoring order.
