The Murderer of Terriss.
•— - At the trial of Archar, for the murder of Mr Terriss, the mother and relatives of the accused gave evidence that Archer was subject at an early age to ..delusion. Experts proved that the prisoner was insane. A verdict of guilty was returned, the jury adding that the prisoner was not responsible for his actions. The Judge ordered him to be confined as a criminal in a lunatic asylum*
