Fire in Auckland.
PART OF QUEEN'S WHARF DESTROYED. Early on Monday niornirig a fire totally destroyed the large goods shed on the eastern tee of the Queen's Wharf, and partially destroyed the tee itself. The contents of the shed, valued at from £80,000 to £40,000, were totally destroyed. Tbis and the injury to the wharf brings the damage to close on £50,000. It is proposed to at once repair the shed and wharf. The former will cost £1600 and the latter £5000.
